You asked, we’ve delivered. An Indian classic done Punjabi-style, pallak (or Saag as we know it) is creamed mixed greens in a non-chilli spice based with at least a dozen chunks of creamy paneer packing a protein punch.
Lacto-vegetarian; no egg.
Comes frozen
To reheat:
With stove-top: remove lid and cover with perforated tin foil and steam over boiling water for 15 minutes if frozen. For a thawed product steam for 5 minutes. If decanting into pot, stir constantly and add milk, water or cream if too dry
With microwave: decant into a microwave safe container, cover and reheat for 2-3 minutes if frozen. For a thawed product, heat for 1-2 minutes.
