How does the subscription work?

In 1L BPA-free, food-grade plastic bottles, delivered in refrigerated trucks X bottles per week on fixed / scheduled days. Any changes of delivery schedule will be informed to you.

Your milk is delivered cold, in refrigerated trucks, in insulated packaging, straight to your doorstep. You’ll get an SMS update when it’s on the way, and we’ll always make sure it stays fresh.
No problem. You can leave an Insulated bag (Lasts 2-3 hrs) or cooler box (Lasts 4-5 hrs) at your doorstep or designated area and we will top it up with ice to keep the coldness. Let’s do it the smart way!
Pop it straight into the middle compartments of the fridge (coldest areas, not the fridge door). Keep your fridge set to chill temperatures of 2-4 deg celcius (best and most energy saving for chillers) and not overstocked to prevent hot spots.
Yes, absolutely. Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll pause your deliveries. You won’t be charged for any skipped weeks.

In 1L BPA-free, food-grade plastic bottles.
If kept at proper temperatures, it can stay fresh for up to 10 days in the fridge. Once opened, consume within 3 days and make sure you keep it in the coldest part of the fridge. Plus, no leaving it out of it’s comfort zone (2-4 deg c) for more than 1/2 hour. It’ll act up if you do. Our bottles are marked with Best Before dates that provide a guide to how long it can keep under the recommended storage conditions. However, as Mother Nature is temperamental if we chose to fight her, please take note that fresh milk may either go bad before the dates or can last long after the dates printed on the bottle depending on how it’s kept. Give it a sniff before you pour to be sure. Trust your nose.

Only 1% of the world’s population are truly lactose intolerant. Think about it, if you were lactose intolerant you would have died as a baby, who consumes only lactose from mothers’ milk exclusively for the first 6 months of life. Most lactose intolerant cases are usually developed by an underproduction of lactose digesting enzymes due to low consumption of fresh milk (in other words your gut and it’s helpful microbes aren’t used to it) or you have a milk protein sensitivity (A1 proteins (hard to digest) vs A2 proteins (easy to digest)) or you are actually sensitive to the over processing and the hidden chemical stabilizers, emulsifiers or preservatives in the milk (including milk powders/solids which contain anti-caking agents). So if you can eat butter, you probably aren’t really lactose intolerant. Try our fresh milk and get the best nutrition. You may have to give time to your gut to adapt (about a week or so of consistently consuming our fresh milk). Let us know which one suits you best!
