The Sale is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who hold a valid mobile number and email address for verification and e-invoicing purposes.

Two categories of Vouchers are offered in this Sale:

Vouchers are issued on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. The Company does not guarantee availability of any Voucher type at any given time during the Sale, and the number of Limited Vouchers issued will not exceed fifteen (15) under any circumstances, including in the event of a technical error.

Purchase limits: as at the date of this Sale, there is no limit on the number of Standard Vouchers a single Customer may purchase. The Company reserves the right to impose or amend purchase limits at any time without prior notice, including cancelling and refunding any order it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, automated (bot-generated), or made for commercial resale purposes.

Full payment must be made at the time of purchase via the payment methods made available on the website.

Store credit will be issued immediately on the Customer’s account as registered on www.therealfood.co upon successful payment.

The Company reserves the right to cancel and refund any order where payment cannot be verified, where duplicate or fraudulent transactions are suspected, or where a technical error results in incorrect issuance, including any inadvertent over-issuance of Limited Vouchers beyond the stated cap of fifteen (15).

Vouchers are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase (“Expiry Date”), as stated on the Voucher confirmation.

Vouchers not redeemed, in whole or in part, by the Expiry Date will lapse automatically and cannot be extended, reactivated, refunded, or exchanged for cash, save where required by applicable Malaysian law.

The Company may, at its discretion, send reminder notifications prior to the Expiry Date, but is under no obligation to do so. The Customer remains responsible for tracking the validity of their own Voucher.

Vouchers may be redeemed against the purchase of products/services available on www.therealfood.co only, subject to the following conditions:

Each Voucher may only be redeemed in accordance with clause 6.1 and cannot be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part, except where required by applicable Malaysian law.

It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to safeguard their account on www.therealfood.co. The Company will not be liable for Vouchers redeemed by unauthorised third parties where the Voucher code has been lost, shared, or compromised through no fault of the Company.

Delivery of products is only eligible for addresses in select parts of the Klang Valley and will be sent on the date of the next available slot on Real’s scheduled delivery via Real’s no-delivery-charges service route. No delivery on demand is accepted.

Customers may arrange to self pick-up, but no refunds will be given towards delivery fees.

Vouchers may be transferred to another individual at the Customer’s discretion, provided the recipient agrees to be bound by these Terms.

The Company does not endorse and is not responsible for the resale of Vouchers through third-party or secondary marketplaces. The Company reserves the right to refuse redemption, or to require proof of original purchase, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a Voucher has been acquired through fraudulent means.

All Voucher purchases are final. Save as required under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or other applicable Malaysian law, Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part, once purchased.

Where a Voucher cannot be redeemed due to an error attributable to the Company (for example, a technical fault preventing redemption), the Company will, at its discretion, reissue the Voucher, extend its validity, or provide an equivalent remedy.

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms, or to suspend, extend, or withdraw the Sale, at any time without prior notice. Any such amendment will not affect the value or validity of Vouchers already validly purchased, except where necessary to comply with law or to address fraud, technical error, or circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

In the event that the Company ceases business operations, undergoes restructuring, or is otherwise unable to fulfil outstanding Vouchers, the Company will deal with outstanding Voucher liabilities in accordance with applicable Malaysian law, and will notify affected Customers of any material change using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

Personal data collected in connection with the Sale (including mobile numbers, email addresses, and purchase history) will be processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia).

By participating in the Sale, the Customer consents to receive transactional communications (e.g., Voucher codes, expiry reminders) via the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, the Company’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Sale or any Voucher shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant Voucher.

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, a Voucher.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right the Customer has under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia, without prejudice to the Customer’s right to refer an eligible dispute to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia (Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna Malaysia) under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
