200g (Lacto-vegetarian; no egg)

To reheat:

With stove-top: remove lid and cover with perforated tin foil and steam over boiling water for 15 minutes if frozen. For a thawed product steam for 5 minutes.  If decanting into pot, stir constantly and add milk if too dry

With microwave: decant into a microwave safe container, cover and reheat for 2-3 minutes if frozen.  For a thawed product, heat for 1-2 minutes.

Storage: Keep frozen for up to 3 months
