Can I pause when I'm away? +
Yes. Give us one day's notice and we'll hold your delivery, then resume it when you're back. No penalty, no need to re-subscribe.
Where do you deliver? +
Across the Klang Valley. Delivery is free on orders over RM30. Check the delivery schedule for the day your area is served.
How long does the milk keep? +
Unopened, up to 10 days refrigerated. Once opened, it's best within 3 days. Keep it at 2–4°C and away from the fridge door to avoid temperature swings.
Why is there cream at the top? +
Because the milk is non-homogenised — the natural fat hasn't been broken up and mixed in. The cream line is a sign of minimal processing. Give it a gentle shake before pouring.
Can I change my bottles or milk type? +
Anytime. Message us and we'll adjust your next delivery — quantity, milk type, or extras from the store.
