Overview

For all food items, returns/refunds are only valid if:

  1. Items were not received.
  2. Items were detected to have spoilage, poor packaging, open seals, within 24 hours of receiving.
  3. For breaks in refrigeration, issues were detected immediately upon receiving and not accepted by the customer.
  4. Any shortened shelf life / spoilage before printed best before dates detected within 3 days of receiving.

Valid returns will be replaced with store credit or replacement of product will be issued to the customer based on a case-to-case evaluation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your customer account within 30 days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
